- Mrs. Masson read the front page of the Brandon Sun about H1 N1, there is 78 confirmed cases.

-Maya, Inca, and Aztec charts are due on Monday

-Keep on studying for the exam next Thursday(less than a week away!)

-Surprise binder check sometime in the last two weeks of school.

-Mrs. Masson handed back maps and open book tests.

-I invite everyone to come and leave a comment on our blog, and I wish Heidi and Kylie good luck at their rodeo this weekend, good luck to Jade, Kylie, and Justin at Track and Field, Brandon at hockey in Fargo, and Chelsea, Kelby, Natalie, and myself good luck at Basketball this weekend.

June 11 today in social we just talked about field trips, Grade 8 grad, and dedication for the score clock of Mrs. Baker. Maya, Aztec and Inca chart due MONDAY!!! Start reviewing over tests, maps and time lines !

June 8

June 8th today in social class we watched a movie about Incas and took notes down. Open book test was due today and handed in. Sometime in June there will be a binder check so be prepared. Start reviewing over all social for end of the year test! I learned that i would not want to live in Inca times.

June 5th today in class we checked our blog and read Sam's mom's comment, worked on open book test due Monday, and studied quietly for the test. Extra bonus mark if you get someone to leave a comment on O.L.C.S blog.

June 4th, Today in class we read pages 188 to 192 and worked on our open book tests.
Find all 3 maps, 3 time lines, must find all 7 tests for tomorrow.
The thing i thought was really cool about Mali was the 27 stringed instrument called a Kora.

June 3 Today in social class we read and talked about Ghana and Mali pages 183 to 188 started our open book test due next Monday.Start reviewing for the end of the year exam.One cool fact i learned was that camels are the animal for the desert!
